MEMBERSHIP FAQS

Can I change membership tiers at any time?

YES, you can absolutely change tiers at any time! Send an email to WTMMCOMM@gmail.com stating your current tier and the tier you would like to be switched to. As long as you do this before the last few days of the month, adjustments will be made in the next billing cycle!

Are there specific start and end dates for each month?

No matter when you begin your payment, PayPal eventually adjusts the billing cycle to the 1st of the month. For Annual Plans you’ll be invoiced and your year of membership will begin as soon as the invoice is paid. Materials will always go out on the 2nd! You have access to the Slack community 24/7. If you want to end your monthly membership (and be sure that you’re not billed for the following month), be sure to cancel through Paypal before the last few days of the month.

Are credit card payments handled the same as other online shopping?

Yes! We use PayPal subscriptions and they function like any other subscription service, PayPal does offer a function to pay with credit or debit card without creating a PayPal account.

How do I make changes to my annual subscription?

Should you decide to change your plan, there are a few options:

  • Email WTMMCOMM@gmail.com and let us know which tier you would like to switch to! Price adjustments will be made on a case by case basis
  • OR (if you have paid for an annual tier but want to switch to month to month) you will be refunded your remaining months worth of value, and you can take a month to month of any other tier through PayPal!
When and how can I cancel?

For any monthly subscription you can cancel your membership directly in your PayPal account. If you signed up for annual, or paid without a PayPal account contact us here. Even if you cancel in the middle of the month, you will keep access to all of the materials until the beginning of the next month (UNLESS, you would like to process a refund, which you would do via email to this address, I would refund you immediately, and you would then lose access to the materials).

Can I give someone else a membership as a gift?

Yes, we LOVE the idea of gifting! After your payment of any one of our memberships has cleared (monthly or annual), you’ll receive an email with welcome info for your gift recipient. If you have questions though, don’t hesitate to reach out!
